Chillingo and Mountain Sheep’s charming dual shooter Minigore has gained a lot of following these past days. However, they’re not willing to let go of any attention by slowly letting pieces of info out regarding its upcoming updates.
Let’s start off with a cross over with July Dev of the Month‘s Justin Smith’s Enviro-Bear 2010! Yes sir. Our little car driving gear and John Gore in one place!

Yes peeps! Our beloved bear will be helping out John Gore annihilate the pesky little black furries in Minigore.
John Gore Will Get Swingin’
…Not so much. This is happening however: The lovely Lizzy (lizard) from Illusion Labs’ Sway will also be making an appearance to the game to further stretch out Minigore’s ammo.
We’re trying to get some screenshots of that as well for your viewing pleasure, and we’ll update you as soon as we get ‘em.
Future Updates
I gotta remind you though… this update is about 3 more updates down the line. Based on the official Minigore blog, here’s the info on the next two updates:

Episode 4: Coop, Enviro-Bear, Lizzy + More!
Usually the greatest movie in sequels are the episode three’s. In Minigore’s case, the game changer is looking to be Episode 4 where the above cross overs will take place, and multiplayer over Wifi and Bluetooth.
If you thought Minigore was too simple of a game, does this news of its update force you to click Buy for Minigore? We sure do hope so.

It’s amazing already but I can’t wait for all these cool updates!
Very addicting. Always trying to get a higher score. But the new updates are welcome. Can’t wait to see what else they bring.
Update number 4? Ugh. Should have been released in update #2 at least. People are growing more and more disappointed by the lack of depth from this game already, and by the time co-op hits the store, not many people are gonna care. In a best-case scenario, co-op would be released around late september.. kind of a letdown.
Well, to tell you the truth. They were gonna wait for MP until the next update.
They then decided to split it into episodes which is a great idea!
Updates make or break your success and a game can’t wait that LONG
I’m glad to see updates in the pipe. The game as it stand is great for quick little shoot ‘em ups, but like the first episode of Pocket God, the fun grows thin after only a little playing.
If they can keep these in a good two week or monthly schedule, a la Pocket God and Harbor Master, then whoah nelly, MiniGore’ll never leave the top sellers lists!
