Kotaku‘s weekly “Week In Games” section caused quite a stir on the iPhone gaming community this morning. They listed the previously announced-upcoming Grand Theft Auto Chinatown Wars iPhone‘s release to tomorrow, October 20.

We immediately tried to get a hold of Owen from Kotaku, and he said the listing is an error. Ladies and gentlemen, GTA Chinatown Wars iPhone is NOT releasing tomorrow (or at least that Kotaku is aware of).

What Is Releasing?

The previously DS-only game is no longer with the release of the PSP version of GTA Chinatown Wars (head on over to MINIitis.com for PSP gaming news .

If you must, you can still hope that GTA Chinatown Wars iPhone will secretly release tomorrow but that is HIGHLY UNLIKELY.
