From the makers of such games as Super KO Boxing 2 and Glyder, the devs are proud to present you people fighting over taxis!

It’s a reinvented version of Frogger with a crazy taxi look. Taxi Fight tests your skills in hand-eye coordination along with how fast you can react under pressure. The game’s basic graphics go hand in hand with the objective and bring you an over enjoyable experience.
Presentation
When you start up the game, you’re shown a very well laid out menu screen, that’s easy to navigate, and includes a tutorial option, so anyone can pick this one up and play. They also incorporated the loading screen in a creative way so it shows part of the game map as it loads.

There is only one level, but as you accumulate more cash and get combos, it begins to pick up the pace and become more challenging. Be ready to use quick thinking and make the right choices.
Controls
Simple is the key to have a decent game. All you have to do is tap on the passengers then tap on a free taxi and they will create a dashed line that shows the route they will take.

Beware of obstacles in the way and don’t wait too long or its game over. At times however, you can accidentally change taxis on the passengers by accident, so you just have to make sure you tap correctly.
Gameplay
The game play is just as it sounds, guide passengers to a free taxi. Your objective is to quickly provide a ride for people and try to create a combo chain for extra cash. However, it’s not so easy as you think. It starts off slow, minimal taxis and passengers. There’s three types of passengers that will show up, a businessman, lazy tourist, and the old man.

As you would think, the businessman will be able to catch a taxi faster than the other two. The faster you get them off the screen the faster others reappear. You get some help with the traffic lights, as they will guide traffic and allow taxi’s to stop so you can catch a ride. You have to think quick, as you might overlook a waiting passenger, and when that happens, they will get angry and literally explode in rage or you might run over them. (haha awesome!)

As you become more successful, cabs become quicker and harder to chase down, so its critical that you make the right choices. As for the passengers, they can be moved anywhere along the map, from the outskirts of the streets to the inner islands, depending on your plan. The fact that Glu gave that added challenge by having other obstacles like trucks and random vehicles to block access to taxis makes this one game more interesting. One miss calculation or tap and its game over.

Suggestions
Overall, its a fun game. However, It would be more addicting if there was added goals or achievements you had to obtain. Having just one single map and the some added differences as you get more cash doesn’t offer enough replay value. It makes the game seem like a lite version rather than a full one. It’s good that different passenger types were done, but I’d like to see even more. Maybe more races could be created, as they are all Asians (O_O).

Also a change in maps would make it more lively. It’s good that highscores are kept, but I think it would be a smart move to allow input of names. And an added game soundtrack would give it more life, in my opinion. Also, the game is sorta useless without OpenFeint or some other global leaderboard options.
Conclusion
Taxi Fight is an interesting game that tests your decision making and hand-eye coordination. If those suggestions are incorporated this can be a decent game with lots of replay value. For only .99¢, you should check this one out, and hopefully an update will come out soon. Now go and catch those rides.

Nice write-up Isaac.
Somehow I missed the "tapping to connect passenger to cab." It was right in the instructions, doh! I was dragging everyone into cab, very unsuccessfully. Also I never realized there were different type of people.
Overall I like the style of the game although sometime it's hard to me to see the passengers. They kinda blend in to the background. I agree that another map and achievements or a global leaderboard would be good. As a general rule for me, most games become boring if there is no one to compete with or no tasks to complete. I'm gonna start sounding like a broken record with this.
Thanks.
Yeah, at first I was wondering if you could drag and connect to make passengers go to cabs, but that wasn't successful.
Because of the lively colors of the background, the passengers blend in, in some sense its add to that challenge, but then when there's a lot of passengers popping up, it can lead to forgetting one of them.
Haha, yeah, sometimes unless a game is reaaaaallly addicting, I'll get bored of it, unless there's some connectivity with others.
