We celebrated our first year anniversary yesterday with giveaways, and what better way to open our second year than a contest revolving one of the AppStore’s biggest games!?! Exactly which game? Ummm Fieldrunners Gold no less!
We’ve teamed with OpenFeint and Subatomic Studios to run a week-long High Score contest for you, complete with daily prizes and a grand prize winner.

How To Join:
- Download Fieldrunners Gold (if you don’t already have it)
- Play the “Crossroads Map”
- Sign up for OpenFeint (if you don’t already have it).
- MOST IMPORTANT: To be eligible for the prizes, you MUST associate an email address with your OpenFeint account. You can do this by opening OpenFeint in Fieldrunners, click on the Edit Profile tab, and then complete the “Enable Account Retrieval” process.
Contest Notes:
- The giveaway will run for 6 days until January 24th at 11:59PM PT. The daily high score will earn a $25 iTunes gift card. The weekly high score will win a iPod Touch 8GB.
- Winners are subject to verification by the Fieldrunners team will be posted to TheAppera as they become available.
- This contest is open to anyone 18 years or older, worldwide. You’ll be responsible for any import tax/duties if you’re outside of the U.S., but we’ll cover shipping.
Good luck and if we see A LOT of site participation, we’ll run more of these contests soon with even BIGGER prizes!

Regarding any further registration besides the steps provided above, there isn’t none. This is a high score contest and as long as the above steps are met, that person is eligible to win.

OK… this gets me off the "fence." Can you go ahead an announce the lucky winner of the Fieldrunners code, so we can all then decide to by or not?
So I understand correctly, is this opened to everyone who plays Fieldrunners or is there some sort of registration here that calls us out separately from the masses?
Also, I noticed that all the drawings are happening a minute before noon? That seems strange since all the other times mentioned are p.m.
I would like to know this too. Please reply James.
