The iPad is still away from it’s release, but there are already a few out in the wild apparently. We already saw Pee-Wee with one, and if that was not painful enough he used it as a tray for milk.

And a few celebrities had them at the Grammy’s. Meanwhile, Steve Jobs is reportedly on tour in New York to promote the iPad with the media. Find out the details after the jump.
Celebrity Spottings
Besides Pee-Wee, Colbert whipped one out at the Grammy’s when he delivered the “Song Of The Year” award from his iPad. He mocked the other celebrity, asking Jay-Z if he did not get one of them in his gift basket.
Also spotted was Lady GaGa. Although I bet James and Miguel think she deserved it, I’m happier with Pee Wee getting one. But you know, that’s just me

Steve Jobs On Tour?
Various sites are reporting that Steve Jobs is supposedly in New York, meeting with media companies (such as Wall Street Jorunal, New York Times, etc.) showing the iPad to the media.

Fortune is reporting that Jobs is in fact STILL in New York and was seen meeting with at Time with Time’s CEO and a roomful of magazine editors. Steve on a talking tour? Where do I buy tickets?
Seems the iPad is already catching on, it’s gonna be interesting to see what happens when it’s released and if it picks up as mich as the iPhone.
