This past week, we saw the first 2010 offerings from iPhone developers we were familiar with last 2009. Both developers contributed game/s on our Top 50 iPhone Games of 2009 and now they’re back.
VANQUISH: The Oath of Brothers ($2.99) | Gamevil
VANQUISH: The Oath of Brothers (Preview), is gracefully presented through the use of innovative ink and wash painting graphics. It is a fast paced action RPG following a dramatic storyline.
1000 Find Em All ($2.99) | Glu Mobile
A unique Global GPS adventure based on collecting 1000 weird and wonderful items! GPS mode uses real maps and locations so the only limit is your own sense of adventure! Will you be the first to collect all 1000?
Both games are quite fun and innovative. RPG fans should fall in love with VANQUISH right away but if you’re willing to wait a couple of days, we’ll have a full review on both games this coming week.
I just wanted to ask, does anyone have either game?

I have 1000! I have to say that is refreshingly different and deceptively addictive! I have not only become a little bit compulsive about colouring in the world from black and white to full colour, but watching my item count slowly tick up is bringing me back day after day to keep searching!
1000 looks cool, but I'll wait for a full review
I've got 1000. It's nicely done for what it is. I have a feeling it will grow on me. I do think the descriptions of the items you find are pretty funny though.
