At long last, one of the most awaited games this Winter finally gets dated. PopCap through the video below has revealed that the PC/Mac hit “line defense” game, Plants Vs Zombies, will finally be released on the iPhone on February 15:
Plants Vs Zombies if you must know is what I call “line defense” as it breaks from freeform and “tracked” tower defense game. You still get towers for your use but you get to place them only on a straight line. Watch the video above, I think I just confused you.
We see bits and pieces of the game on an iPhone-sized screen and let me tell you, even those pieces already screams NICE GAME. When I first bought the game for Mac, I knew it will LOOK nice on the iPhone… On February 15, we will all find out!

Priced at $2.99 …hmm, that seems doable.
That price point is not so scary after dropping a 5 on Labyrinth 2.
