For your trashtastic iPhone gaming news of the day, TMZ (of all sources) wrote earlier today that Super Happy Fun Fun is planning to trademark the name “OctoMom” for a very important reason: an iPhone game named OctoMom!

In the game, you’re OctoMom in the delivery room — and the goal is to shoot a baby out of her hooha and into the hands of her waiting mother. And yes, there’s extra credit if you do it when a paparazzo is in the room.

Whoah! That sounds very interesting and intriguing at the same time AND surely, it can’t be any worse than iSperm right? But wait! It gets better, Super Happy Fun Fun actually applied a patent BEFORE OctoMom herself: Nadya Suleman!!!

Release Date

The same article is reporting that the game is about to be submitted next week to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for final approval. If and when approved… A) it should be released soon after that, and most importantly B) what is OctoMom going to call herself?!?!

It’d be interesting to see how this game actually plays out and the repercussions concerning Nadya and this trademark  battle. Raise of hands, will YOU download and buy this game?
