Sometimes gamers want a game where they can just go on a bombing rampage. If you have a craving for this, the people at Cobra Mobile might have the answer.

As a sequel to their previously good action game, they present iBomber 2. With some added features and expanded missions, fans of the original iBomber might want to take a closer look at the new addition.
Presentation
iBomber 2 makes good in keeping it simple. The gameplay is an easy to pickup for anyone willing to give it a try. The improved graphics are really awesome and show off the details in the environment, and weapon destruction. The added soundtrack also gets you pumped up and ready for action. But what makes this game fun is how challenging it can get at times.

Controls
There’s two control schemes you can choose, accelerometer or touch. If you decide on accelerometer tilting the device up/down will speed you up/down. Tilting left/right moves the plane. If you’d rather use touch controls, a virtual dpad will show up on screen whenever you tap and hold. To fire a bomb just tap on the BOMBS AWAY button.

As you destroy enemy infantry bigger weapons, health, and backup plane powerups will appear. Then just tap on their icon to equip. To change to a better bomb you must activate it by tapping on the red button at the bottom of the screen.
Gameplay
iBomber 2 has 12 action packed levels for your destructive pleasure. You play as a bomber pilot searching out enemies located in north africa and europe. At the beginning of each level you are given certain objectives that you must fulfill in order to advance. objectives can range from destroying tanks and trucks to escorting your party to a location safely.

For the most part, you’ll end up bombing just about anything that belongs to the enemy. At your disposal is a vast selection of weapons that each pack their own destructive power.

Suggestions
I didn’t really find any issues with the game, besides the fact that some levels can get repetitive.
Conclusion
Cobra Mobile spent some time modifying their title and was successful. The game is both fun and challenging. Great visuals and sounds really help getting you into the game. If you are a fan of the original iBomber, consider looking into this sequel, including anyone else who likes action games and bombarding campaigns.
