In between the star studded Staples Center Event and this, Activision is really generating great PR this E3. The iPad version of this game was heralded by many as good. Today, Geometry Wars Touch arrives for FREE*

Well, not in the truest sense of the word free but it’s pretty awesome none the less. What I was trying to say is that the iPad version got an update which makes the game PLAYABLE for the iPhone! How awesome is that?

Many have tried but not even a handful came close to it. Now the original has arrived doing nothing but torching everything that attempted to be “it”. Ladies and gents, Geometry Wars Touch shows us how to “get er done”!

Granted the iPad version is still costs $9.99 on sale for $4.99, that doesn’t seem much anymore now it’s playable on the iPhone. Besides, this game is totally worth at that price anyway. Correct me if I’m wrong but this is the first universal iPad to iPhone update, and kudos to Activision for the surprise!
