Since the iPad came out, it seems everyone out there is trying to make interactive versions of their magazines for the iPad, and everyone loves them because most of them are good which is true.

WIRED, Time, Popular Mechanic, etc. have all done it very well. But what if you could make your own magazine? This is sort of what FlipBoard does. FlipBoard is a FREE social magazine. It integrates with your Facebook and your Twitter account, everything shows up in magazine style.

Additionally you can add sections based on Twitter accounts or Twitter lists. This is pretty cool because you can add your favorite websites accounts (*cough*@TheAPPera*cough*) and the app does the rest!

Apart from the cool initiative, the app itself is very beautiful and works like a charm. The bad news is that since the app is FREE, their servers have been overloaded. So although you can download it now, you may come into some problems when adding new sections, or logging into Facebook or Twitter. Still, it should be fixed soon, hopefully.
