The latest update to Street Fighter IV Volt attempts to balance the online play by adding a penalty for quitting out of a match. Previously players were quitting out of a match and the person that was winning got screwed out of the W.

As reported last week, this update also adds two new playable female characters, “Sakura” and “Makoto”, both from previous Street Fighter games.
Update Details:
- Add new two playable characters “Sakura” and “Makoto”
- Player who cut out during multi matching purposely will have penalty
- Penalty will be defeat + decrease of BP points.
- Player that frequently dropped out from last 20 matches, might get penalty of limiting the multi play match against one and another.
Quitting out of an online match now counts as a loss and deducts BP points!(experience). I really like this idea and hope it helps with the balancing of match-ups. If you still don’t own the game, it’s currently on sale for $4.99 ![]()
