As we get closer to the release of the next generation iPhone 5 more parts are starting to get leaked. In this case, there’s heavy focus on the back cover. Cydiablog points out a hands on video from supply company eTradeSupply.
The video shows a smaller dock port, bottom headphone jack, smaller SIM card, and that it is a lot thinner than the iPhone 4S. More details and pics after the break.
Meanwhile, 9to5Mac is reporting that iPhone repair firm iFixyouri has received information on the back shell for the next generation iPhone. It features a metal panel that has been rumored will make its way to the next iPhone. The supplier also claims the part is showing up in not only black and white, but also two other unspecified colors.
Repair firm uBreakiFix has also received photos of the same part. Although as pointed out by MacRumors, the “iPhone” font on the shell appears somewhat suspicious.
The “iPhone” font on the shell appears to be somewhat suspicious, seemingly of a lighter stroke and/or looser spacing between the letters.
It does however appear identical to the other leaked part.
