Firemonkeys (previously known as Firemint and Iron Monkey Studios, respectably) have announced Real Racing 3 at the EA Summer Showcase press event. And needless to say, we can’t wait to get our cruddy hands on it.

Although there aren’t many details about the game, Rob Murray mentioned that the game will feature real tracks such as Leguna Seca, and real cars like Dodge, Audi, Porsche. And the game will even have 22  cars in each race.

There aren’t any other details on the game, except that it’s coming later this year. The footage from the trailer above is pre-alpha footage, and it already looks fantastic. Being the huge fans of the series that we are here at the site, we can’t wait for more details. We’ll keep you posted on a release date and any other details that come out.
