If you think Rovio Mobile has pulled out their biggest trick yet, wait until this feature is over. After releasing the quasi sequel to Angry Birds in Bad Piggies, the company announced yesterday a tie in with Lucas Arts in Angry Birds Star Wars.

This is undoubtedly the biggest thing they’ve ever done since possibly the Angry Birds Rio tie in. Kotaku is saying it’ll release November 8 to be specific. It’s right before the holidays, and they’re doing this full force complete with board games, characters toys and so much merchandise from the start. An unhealthy amount of images coming right up…

Correction: they have merchandise and costumes that’ll start selling on October 28 just in time for Halloween:

The Angry Birds and Star Wars folks will also put out a line of Halloween costumes, plush toys, action figures and other merchandise, beginning on October 28.

Any thoughts? I’m so excited for this one! If anything an Angry Birds movie or TV show is pulling more interest from Hollywood after this deal!
