Anyone whose played Crazy Taxi  at an arcade or Dreamcast, have probably already thought of how great the game would be on an iPhone or an iPad. Well great news, SEGA has released Crazy Taxi, and all it’s arcade goodness, onto the AppStore as a universal build.

“Hey hey, come on over and have some fun with Crrrrrazy Taxi! Barrel through traffic packed streets, hurdle off parking garages, and crazy combo your way to crazy money in a wild frantic race to scare up the most fares. In Crazy Taxi, time is money, and only the craziest cabbies come out victorious.”

Although Crazy Taxi runs just fine on the iPhone 5, SEGA has promised that an update that will allow it to run at its native resolution will be released soon.
