While we weren’t blown away by ‘Avengers Initiative‘  when we reviewed it, we saw the value the game could have to some Marvel fans, as you take on some Marvel baddies. The good news is it looks like Marvel is keeping good on their word to update the game, and Captain America is next on the list.

Over at the New York Comic-Con, Marvel announced that Captain America will be the next character to join the game. That being said, we’re not sure if he will continue to use the Infinity Blade inspired gameplay that we saw when we played as The Hulk, or if it will be a different combat style.

The trailer also mentions that if you download the game right now while it’s on sale (for $2.99), you’ll get the Hulk Gladiator costume for free. We’ll let you know once more details are released, or if all else fails, when the update is released.
