Implode! is one of mine and I know a couple of our staffers’ favorite iPhone games. The design and overall feel of the game is too engaging for you to put it down. Free Game of the Day’s featured app is similar to that: Bomb Master Physics Puzzler and is obviously FREE today:
Let’s destroy! Bomb master is a classic “easy to learn, hard to handle” casual game that will pull you in and won’t let go. This is a new game for iPhone and iPod touch where all you have to do is destroying!
Who doesn’t love a good case of irony? We all know both Free App A Day and Free Game of the Day are two of the most popular “free game a day” sites. Today, their featured games are both puzzle games: one’s a word and one’s numbers.

PUZZERO | Free Game of the Day
PUZZERO is a fun and addictive mathematical puzzle game! There are 25 panels all together, where 12 of them are random NUMBERS, 9 of them are PLUS signs, and 4 are MINUS signs. Slide through the screen to connect the NUMBERS, PLUS, and the MINUS panels to make the total come out as ZERO.
In the midst of this whole GDC hoopla, I noticed one of the games we liked most just dropped to free so of course I’d let you know. Jerry Lee’s second iPhone game about reaching the skies and collecting points A Doodle Fly is FREE limited time!
A Doodle Fly
A Doodle Flight had me scratching my head trying to understand how this literal doodle artworks are so damn addicting. With Jerry Lee’s new game, I understood that one must not question the art but rather fully bathe in it (ha!). This game’s just as fun (if not more) as his first!

Mole is a fun twist on the I Dig It concept. Dan liked it, it has some advantages over I Dig It. Although I wouldn’t go as far as say it’s better, Mole is a pretty cool title and should make Dig Dug proud.
I shouldn’t be bombarding you with FREE games since it’s no longer the weekend, but with Robocalypse going free how can I stop? Check out WildSpace from APPA Games which looks like it’s taken out of the Earthworm Jim iPhone game:

Robocalypse is one of those gems from 2009 and to actually see it as the featured Free App A Day free game today is jaw dropping. It’s so insanely good that you’d be a fool not to download it especially for FREE!
Robocalypse is another one of the games we extremely previewed during the past months, so it was a delight to finally play it. The game works VERY well even for RTS beginners like me. Don’t misjudge the game because of it’s kooky looking characters and design. It’s very addicting!

The app is pretty much the McLovin’s funniest lines from the movie chopped up into replayable text. What you do with them is completely up to you!
