Following the introduction of an iPad mini, The Verge is reporting that Microsoft is making its own7-inch tablet: a smaller version of it’s 10-inch Surface tablet. The catch is that it would be a gaming-focused device, called the “Xbox Surface”, and would run a scaled down version of Windows.
