With as much as people love to shop, you’d almost think there’d be more games on the subject. After playing Shopping Madness, I can understand why there aren’t.
Shopping Madness ($0.99; FREE)

I suppose this game is supposed to simulate the frenzy of shopping during a big sale or holiday event or something, but it’s honestly a bit on the boring side. The visual and audio are decent, but there’s really not enough game play to back it up.

Glu Mobile has released a sequel to the previously No.1 game Glyder. This game has improved on what we got in the first game, but add more excitement and extras!
Glyder 2 ($0.99)

I had never previously picked up Glyder mainly due to the fact that I didn’t think it would appeal to me. At the time I had various flying games and didn’t think another item collecting game would be fun for me. The minute I picked this up, I fell in love with it.

Toy Copter is an interesting game, but not the highest quality or the most fun that can be had out of the 100,000 apps on the App Store.

**WIN A COPY FREE. FIND OUT HOW AFTER JUMP**
You’ve heard us blab about Arthur Ham’s Run! for many weeks now, but let’s meet its “more hardcore” cousin battling robots and tall buildings.
Canabalt ($2.99)

For $2.99 and an indie dev release, it may look surprising how this app got legions of 4-star rated AppStore reviews. Once we launched the game, there wasn’t even question… this game deserved every bit of those stars packing action, control simplicity and elegant game design onto one epic game.

When two great developers meet half way to create one game, the results will be pretty epic. Just take this game for example.
geoSpark ($0.99)
One’s notorious for creating uniquely design-very challenging tower defense games (see: geoDefense Swarm), and the other has created some of the most addicting casual games (see: Hippo High Dive). Together they create a casual game so addicting and beautiful, it truly is one game cut above the rest.

Illusion Labs ain’t Illusion Labs if they’re not to bring us totally unique and expertly designed games, this game is no exception.

Labyrinth 2 ($4.99)
The original Labyrinth became one of the initial staples of the (then) just beginning AppStore. What with the finesse in design, absolutely perfect physics supported with sounds, it’s not one to be missed.
Turn the book a year later and Illusion Labs has completely redesigned the “genre” again. Cue the copycats to follow.

Doodle Jump and Run! pretty much owns the upward and horizontal gameplay styles, is this the one for downward play?

Cliffed ($1.99)
Veiled Games’ Up There remains one of our most played games to this day. It’s cute, charming and just plain addicting. IUGOME does a total 180, but the goods remain full intact!

As simple as this game may be, it’s probably Imangi Studios‘ best game to date! What with a purple hippo jumping through rings of fire? WHY NOT?!
Hippo High Dive ($0.99)

We’ve seen them come out with a handful of word games and even a time management game (Harbor Master), but what can they produce with the words simple and fun in mind? A mindless fun game involving a big fat purple hippo is what!
