Plants vs. Zombies™ sold more than 300,000 units in its first nine days of availability, setting a new record for App Store launches. Plants vs. Zombies shot to number one in the units sold and “top grossing” App Store charts within 24 hours of its launch and remained there until yesterday. At a retail price point of US$2.99, Plants vs. Zombies for iPhone/touch has already grossed more than US$1 million.
As if that’s enough to make those PopCap guys jump up and down in joy, they’ve also revealed that Bejeweled 2 iPhonehas raked in over $3 Million in sales. They also claim this is the FIRST iPhone game to do that, and we believe them.

It’s been so long since we last saw a tower defense game that left us in awe. Plants Vs Zombies remains intact for the iPhone and yes, it’s every bit as fun as the PC/Mac versions. You and I already know it, you’ve bought the game and AT LEAST played one level so far!
Well after months and months of waiting and a couple of delays, PopCap Games’ hotly anticipated “line defense” game finally arrives for the iPhone. For the price they promised Plants Vs Zombies can be downloaded for $2.99!

At long last, one of the most awaited games this Winter finally gets dated. PopCap through the video below has revealed that the PC/Mac hit “line defense” game, Plants Vs Zombies, will finally be released on the iPhone on February 15:
Plants Vs Zombies if you must know is what I call “line defense” as it breaks from freeform and “tracked” tower defense game. You still get towers for your use but you get to place them only on a straight line. Watch the video above, I think I just confused you.

We were one of those 7 people that didn’t know or care about Peggle at all. We have never played nor seen it. Once it’s released, we’re like ok we’ll review it. To our amazement and surprise, Peggle is astonishingly one of the best games out there regardless of the platform. More so what makes the iPhone version special are the touch controls. Peggle is easily an overnight iPhone classic.
