The newest gem to show up on the App Store was Tiny Wings . After it’s discovery it went viral and pretty much everybody is playing it. The new Angry Birds? Sure, why not. They’re not satisfied with that however, as a sequel to the game has been announced… Giant Wings!
The game focuses around a little bird who dreams of flying, but whose wings are too small to enable it to stay airborne for long. Each run begins at dawn and by controlling when to flap and when not to you have to travel as far as you can before night falls and the run ends. By touching the screen on the downslopes and releasing on the up, you can send the little fella high into the sky.
[MUST HAVE] Not necessarily the most captivating openings to the description of an iPhone game, but Tiny Wings by Andreas Illiger could very well be one of the highlights of the year. Here’s why you should pick up a game with a bird that is not so angry.
