We can’t have enough pinball games do we? Check this one out as it attempts to do simple in an interesting way…

Wild West Pinball ($2.99)
OOO Gameprom picks the pinball genre as its first game into the wild ocean of apps. Personally, that wouldn’t be our first choice. As how Wild West Pinball looks and plays, these guys certainly know what they’re doing and are ready to take on the big cheeses. With currently just one table, how can one say this is a great pinball game? Well, it is a great pinball game with its great physics, table design and the oh so interesting cameraworks…
Simplistic
Well if Freeballin had the balls to take a risk and shake up pinball (which they succesfully managed to by the way), Wild West Pinball remains faithful to the game. With a table so simplistic yet elegant looking, it’s no wonder we’re calling it one of the best pinball games in the store:

There are also little LED style text displays above the screen as you accomplish high scores, hit bonuses or drain the ball.
Camera Works
What makes this pinball game so interesting is how the camera follows your ball around. It’s not a simple move camera up and down. Wild West Pinbal’s cameras interactively follow the ball and by that we mean full zoom in, zoom out functions. It’s really a sight to see!

Suggestions
- Icon. Please change it to better reflect the game. The little bandit with a wooden background should work well.
- Add more tables. OOO Gameprom confirmed that they WILL be adding more tables and listen to user concerns with future updates.
Conclusion
With just one table, Wild West Pinball already looks great what more the promised updates can give us. We both suggest Freeballin’ and Wild West. They’re both quality pinball games possibly geared to two different audiences. See both of our reviews and decide for yourself.

A bit pricey considering that there’s only one table.
I will buy it once there’s more tables.
That’s true. Get Freeballin if tables is a concern. Although we think the camera panning is superb in this one than an other Pinball game ;p
